Neuroimaging Software Developer

Summary

At the Functional Neuroimaging Unit“(UNF), Montreal, CA, we work to better understand the central nervous system using state-of-the-art magnetic resonance imaging techniques, with many potential medical applications. We are developing new methods to improve the quality of structural and functional images, as well as data mining techniques to extract meaningful information from massive datasets. We are looking for a full-time developer to contribute to the integration of UNF with the CBRAIN platform, a Canadian neuroinformatics infrastructure. The successful candidate will assist research teams at UNF and across Québec to integrate the raw data they acquire with the research software available inside CBRAIN.

The position is for one year, renewable, and is based at the SIMEXP laboratory, CRIUGM, Université de Montréal, headed by Dr. Pierre Bellec. There will be close interaction with the CBRAIN team, lead by Dr Shawn T. Brown and Pr Evans of McGill University. Salary will be commensurate with experience and include competitive benefits. Who would be a good fit for this position?
